I'm an independent HR consultant working with founders, operators, and people leaders who know their company has outgrown its current HR approach — and want to do something about it before it becomes a crisis.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and practicality. I don't believe in HR for HR's sake. Every engagement is grounded in your business goals, your culture, and what your people actually need to do their best work.

I'm selective about who I work with. I partner with organizations that pay a living wage and genuinely care about
employee experience — because good HR built on a shaky foundation doesn't get you far.
